There is no number listed to help get in contact if you have any problems during your order or usage. This lack of communication was not something we were too fond of.
Overall, the website seemed to be lacking in information to help you make a confident purchase, such as a customer service hotline number or a money-back guarantee. Having these would show that they stand behind their products and are there for the customer if need be.

Smart CBD seems to be a company with ethical values and practices, with its Smart Packaging, Smart Process, and Smart Quality motto. They don’t have very many products to choose from, but what’s there seems to be of good quality. The products from Smart CBD are made from hemp that’s grown organically, and they use the CO2 extraction method as well. This methodology helps to preserve a lot of the terpenes and other beneficial nutrients in the hemp plant.
There’s not a lot of information about the company and the founders, so that was a minus in our eyes. A lot of the time, knowing a little bit about the founders or background of the company helps to instill a sense of trust in the consumer, but this was not the case with Smart CBD. They did, however, have sufficient information about their products, the origins, quality, and lab testing. The test results are available on the website – so at least they had that.
We weren’t too fond of the fact that they didn’t have any money-back guarantee for their products. They also didn’t have a direct customer service line which you can reach through phone. It seems that when you have an email, customer service may be a bit limited as you never know how long it will take for them to get back to you.
Although there were a few things we didn’t like, Smart CBD seems like an okay company, if a little amateur. Also, their products didn’t have very many customer reviews and didn’t seem to have a large customer fan base.
